Membership questions
Do I need a paid membership to read articles or watch public shows?
No. Our public articles, YouTube shows and published episodes are available without a paid website membership.
Where can I confirm a membership benefit?
Email zander@jakibsports.com before joining if you are interested in a particular benefit, event or community invitation. If you already joined with a benefit included, contact us for help receiving it.
Does a website membership remove ads from YouTube?
No. A JAKIB website membership does not remove advertising from YouTube videos or broadcasts.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can stop future renewals from your account subscription page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. For help, email zander@jakibsports.com.
What payment methods can I use?
Stripe handles checkout. The available payment methods are shown before you pay.
Can I switch plans later?
Contact JAKIB support using the link on your subscription page. We will confirm the timing and any billing adjustment before changing your existing subscription. Please do not buy a second membership.
What if I already have a YouTube membership?
YouTube memberships and JAKIB website memberships are separate subscriptions. A YouTube membership does not create a website subscription. Contact us before buying another membership if you are unsure which one you have.
How does renewal work?
Monthly memberships renew each month. Annual memberships renew each year. You can cancel future renewals from your account.
